Returns & Exchanges

At Loopy Cases, we want you to love your phone case and 'Stop the Drop' with confidence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your Loopy Case and any included accessories back in the original mailer, attach the label, and drop it off at your local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
